Will the game ever come to iOS, Mac, or become offcially supported on Linux?
Very unlikely. However, you can try to run the Windows version of the game on Mac and Linux through Wine.
Update, July 2023 An iOS version has been announced. Look out for it in the future! Mac ports are planned, but I'm having trouble with it so it's unlikely. There won't be a Linux port.
With the recent announcement of Sonic Runners Reloaded coming to iOS, will it be available on the App Store? How will I download it?
A: Sonic Runners Reloaded will NOT be put on the App Store due to legal reasons. It will be similar to how current users able to sideload Sonic Runners Revival on to their devices. We will share more details when it becomes available.

All of the characters, buddies, and items from the original Sonic Runners will be present, as well as some new ones!
Is the game playable offline?

We plan to release the game before the end of 2021; however, plans are subjected to change. This game is being developed during our free time, despite our busy schedule. Therefore, we cannot give you a definitive date.
My antivirus says the game is malware!
It's a false positive! Sometimes it helps to install the game through the Game Jolt Client.
When opening the APK and clicking Install, after a few seconds it says "App not installed." How do I fix this?
You may be running out of storage. Make sure you have at least 500 MB of storage available on your Android device.
Are there any rules for what characters/buddies can get in?
Yes. Characters need to be a part of a Sonic game in some way, and they need to be from the Sonic series. No comic/tv show exclusive characters, although there may rarely be exceptions at times. Regarding buddies, these can be from various different pieces of media, and stuff that doesn't have to be a part of the Sonic franchise. These must be from SEGA franchises or series that SEGA is majorly involved in.
Why does the game run poorly on my device? Other games run just fine!
Unlike the original Sonic Runners, this game is entirely sprite based, which uses up a lot more memory than models. You won't be able to run this game very well on a device with not a lot of RAM, or a poor GPU. If you're experiencing slowdowns, try clearing out your background apps to free up RAM.
There are small stutters sometimes when collecting rings, crystals, or going into a spindash. Why?
There is an issue with the Android exporter for Clickteam that generates small lag when sounds play. This issue is at its worst on Android 10/11, and is almost non-existent on previous versions of Android. At this time there's no fix for this issue.
PC Why can't I go in fullscreen?
You can, just press Tab or F11 on your keyboard.
How do I transfer my progress from device to device?
Version 1.2.2 Update introduced a new data management screen. As a result of this, Game Jolt transfer functionality has been disabled. Both Android and PC Guides can be found here. Please note that you will need to do this every time you perform a transfer.
